When will my order ship?
Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we are shipping to Canada, USA, Europe and countries in Latin America.

How are the product materials sourced?
Every item comes from Japan, from secondhand small local business.
How accurate are the colors shown in your photos?
The colors shown in our product photos on the product detail pages are highly accurate. But please note that there are small variations in lot-batches of a few products due to which the colors will have slight variations.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Please make sure you are confident in your purchase before checking out. Due to the unique nature of our sourcing and carefully curated inventory, all sales are final. Please review the item carefully, as indicated in the notice at checkout.
In rare and specific circumstances, cancellation requests will be reviewed, and if accepted, a 5% restocking fee ($55 minimum) will be deducted.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
Payment
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer cash on delivery. But we have a lot of options that allow flexible payments and vouchsafe your money in case you need to initiate a return due to product faults.
